If you would like to see a picture of your bracelet before it is shipped, please note it in the comments section. We will email a picture to you and if any changes are needed, we will do that before shipment.

We offer a 30 day warranty on your purchase. If your bracelet needs to be repaired due to a manufacturing defect or if it was made incorrectly, please contact us immediately. Also, if your bracelet breaks within the first 30 days of ownership, we will restring it including any lost beads for free, excluding shipping and handling. In all cases please contact us and we will issue an RMA # and provide shipping information. Once an RMA # is issued, please send the item(s) you are returning (in its original packaging), along with a copy of the invoice and your RMA # on the shipping envelope/box. We recommend that you insure your package. We will not be responsible for damage during shipping or lost packages.
